On March 14, 2025, the Graduate Program of the Faculty of Nursing, Mahidol University, organized a special lecture on “AI and Nursing in the Digital Era.” On this occasion, Associate Professor Dr.Ameporn Ratinthorn, Dean of the Faculty of Nursing, Mahidol University, presented a token of appreciation to Professor Dr. Thananya Boonyasirinun, Deputy Dean of Innovations for Excellence and Corporate Value and Dr. Piyarit Itthichaiwong, a physician from the Siriraj Innovation and Information Center, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, who honored the event as guest speakers. The lecture aimed to explore the concepts and roles of artificial intelligence (AI) in advancing nursing practices and to prepare for curriculum enhancements in the graduate program to meet future challenges. The integration of AI into nursing is expected to enhance patient care efficiency and modernize nursing operations. The event brought together faculty members from the graduate program and external participants who were interested in discussing the implementation of AI in nursing in the digital era. The lecture was held at Room 1103/1-2, Faculty of Nursing, Mahidol University (Bangkok Noi Campus), and was also accessible via Zoom.
