The mission of the center of excellence in community health nursing is to promote excellence in teaching, research, and service. The center is committed to
educate basic and advance knowledge and practice in community health including primary care for the next generation of nursing students,
develop a broad research agenda that foster researchers to explore and advance knowledge and skills in promoting health and welling being of diverse individuals, families, aggregate groups of population in the community, and community,
provide services to improve health of people living in 4 district areas in Bangkok including Thonburi, Bangkoknoi, Bangkokyai, and Khongsan. The center also hosts educational events and health fairs to strengthen the collaboration and partnership with community stakeholders including local nurse practitioners, community health volunteer, community key persons, policy makers, and sponsors. With the successful collaboration and partnership helps the center improve health and well being of community member.
