Since the incidents of teenage pregnancy is continuingly high, the healthcare problems of these mothers and their newborn still happen, for example, unwanted pregnancy, violence, child neglected, etc. These problems reflect failure in maternal role adaptation among teenage mothers. The center of excellence for teenage mothers is dedicated to provide education, research, academic services, and community service to prevent teenage pregnancy and to enhance the quality of care for teenage mothers and their family.
