  The Department of Medical Nursing has a policy in fostering nursing research development among staffs. This includes both team research and individual research activities pertinent to their areas of interest or specialty. Types of research can be either clinical or educational fields. Evidently, the staffs have produced an increasing number of research studies each year, especially the department team research which most staff has collaborated in order to produce new knowledge or standard of nursing in the future.
