1. Promoting clinical nursing practice & productivity guidelines in related areas.
   
   Mental and Psychiatric Department is tasked with responsible producing advanced psychiatric nurses to work in their Tertiary and Secondary hospitals and Primary Care Units. Therefore, the clinical nursing practice guidelines and thesis on prevention and caring for persons with depressive symptoms in various groups and various interventions were developed and tested for effectiveness. Its benefits are to increase nursing knowledge and instrument for practice in the areas and can be generalized in other places.
   
   
2. Guest Speaker
   
   Our Faculty members are recognized scholars and specialists in the field of prevention and caring for persons with depressive symptoms. We are invited as guest speakers in related topics in nursing conferences countrywide, in trainings to healthcare providers and village volunteers for assessment and counseling to persons with depressive symptoms. Knowledge and experience sharing of our expertise is one of our great responsibilities for professional development and quality nursing cares.
