Activities in 2020

On November 20, 2020, Assistant Professor Dr.Ruttanaporn Kongkar, Associate Dean for Education of Faculty of Nursing Mahidol University, and students of the Faculty attended and gave presentation in the 15th International Forum of Health Sciences in Kyushu University organized by Department of Health Sciences, Kyushu University, Japan through Zoom program. On this occasion, Assistant Professor Dr. Ruttanaporn Kongkar provided a lecture entitled “Enhancing Patient Safety through IPE”, and there were presentations from students as follow:

1. Miss Thatchkorn Klaisuban and Miss Supaporn Pusri, two students of the Master of Nursing Science Program (International Program) presented the topic “Introduction of Mahidol University and Education of Thai Nursing during the Covid-19 Pandemic”.
2. Miss Thanutchaporn Ruammit and Miss Patchariya Khunthong, the fourth-year students of the Bachelor of Nursing Science Program, presented the topic “Nurses of the Land: Volunteers for Global Citizen”.
3. Miss Siriya Maihom, Miss Arphaphat Ruksakul, and Mr. Adisorn Prachat, the third-year students of the Bachelor of Nursing Science Program presented the topic “Effect of Religion to Health Belief and Health Care”.

The 2018 cohort of MNS students, Mr. Saveth kim, Mrs. Myat Pann Nu Naing, Ms. Jinsuta Tadsun, Mrs. Ei Su Mon, and Ms. Van Thi Hai Nguyen have passed the Thesis Defense Examination in July and August 2020. Even though we have been facing COVID-19 but our students still work hard on their study. All their effort over these two years has paid off.


2019 Students Cohort’s Debate

Master’s Degree Students of 2019 cohort participated in a debate activity under the topic of “Prescription drugs should be advertised directly to customers”
